Cold applied liquid roofing is a flame-free and quick-curing waterproofing solution which forms an elastomeric, UV stable and seamless membrane. It can be used on flat roofs, gutters and pitched roofs. All systems Rateavon install are BBA approved.

Cold applied liquid systems can be used on both new build, refurbishment projects & for repairs and can be applied to a wide variety of substrates including concrete and timber decks, as well as most existing waterproofing membranes such as asphalt, bitumen membranes and synthetic single ply (subject to condition and suitability). Rateavon can carry out pull out tests to determine the existing roof build-up and condition.

These systems can be applied as an overlay or built up system incorporating insulation. A wide range of colours and finishes are available from heavy duty wearing, to smooth and anti-skid finishes, allowing for the design to be tailored to the needs of each specific project.

Cold liquid applied roofing system have a life span in excess of 20 years and manufacture warrantees up to 25 years are provided.  Rateavon are approved installers of Kemper, Triflex, Alumasc Roofing and Bauder.
